Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Breaking The Chains order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To start a return, please contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. Sale items are also non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we’ll make it right at no extra cost to you.
